My name is Cassie Hamer and this is my fourth year at Douglas Middle School, but first year as a special education teacher. I graduated from Chadron State College in May and am excited to run my own classroom.

I am a graduate of Douglas High School and married to my high school sweetheart. My husband is an English teacher at Douglas High School and we have two children, Aiden and Liam. We also have two fur babies, Charlie and Koda. I enjoy reading, spending time with my family, and watching the Minnesota Vikings! SKOL!
